SMD is aggressively expanding its presence throughout the Southeast. We have a clearly defined list of qualifications that properties must meet. We are interested in “value added” opportunities, stable income generating properties, and retail development sites. Desired property types include:
- Multifamily: 75 units or larger
- Land: Well located retail development sites from 1.5 to 30 acres

- Tenants sales volumes
- Property photos
- Market analysis of the area, local map and demographics (including market rents and competition in area)
- Operating statements for the last two fiscal years
- Lease abstracts, if available
- ARGUS financial models (if available)
- Property history (age, date of last renovation, etc.)
- Disclosure of any environmental issues
- Physical description of property
- Terms of existing debt including assumability and any pre-payment penalty information
